Covenant Christian School is bringing back the Eagle Run 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run. The Eagle Challenge is both the 5K and 1 Mile.
It is our privilege to host this running event for our community as an opportunity to come together and benefit Covenant Christian School.
Both races are certified and will begin and finish at Covenant Christian School.
The 5K will begin at 8AM on Saturday, May 20th and the Fun Run will begin at 9AM.
An award ceremony will follow the completion of the Fun Run.
5K awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age category.
All Fun Runners that cross the finish line will receive a medal.
The top male and female Fun Run finishers will be recognized.

First Year Track and Field Eagles are going to STATE! Kristen (100m, 300m hurdles, 400m), Adeline (400m, 800m), Zack (1600m) and the Girls Relay Team (Adeline, Pamelah, Saydee and Kristen) placed AND qualified! Several EAGLES medaled! Several EAGLES placed! Congratulations ALL!
Track & Field Sectionals in Winfield started today and Eagles are qualifying for State!
Kristen: 1st place in 400m and qualified for state and qualified for finals in 100m tomorrow;
Adeline: 2nd in 400m and qualified for state!
Due to baseball being in the playoffs today, the Prom schedule has changed. Prom attendees will eat dinner at 6:30pm followed by lead out at 7:30pm.

Volcanoes and worms for the letters of the week activities brought lots of joy and excitement to these K4 students!
Sixth grader, Jaxon Craft, has been competing in elementary track meets with Muscle Shoals Parks and Rec. He placed 3rd in the 1600 with a 6:25 time and 3rd in the 4x100. He also placed 3rd in the 800 at the Russellville meet. We can see a rising star in TRACK! Way to go Jaxon.

Covenant Baseball Round 2 Playoff game at Sumiton Christian has been moved to Friday at noon.
Fox Sports hosted the Buffalo Wild Wings Player of the Week Banquet and recognized basketball athletes Jalen Chandler and Ashlee Gann. It's exciting for Eagle athletes to be noticed for their hard work and determination. #CCSEagles

Eagles Men's Tennis is ADVANCING! Three doubles teams are going to the semi-finals after winning today and landing out school in 4th place overall after the 1st day! Zack and Jake advance to Singles Championship round after two rounds of wins. GOOOOOO EAGLES!

Our Eagles are advancing in Track & Field in our first year! Kristen placed 3rd in 400m, 4th in 300m hurdles, and 10th in 100m! Whitney came 3rd in javelin. Pamelah was 5th in triple jump and Evie 9th in long jump. Jojo placed in the 400m as well. Thanks Florence for hosting!
Covenant Eagles advance past the first round of playoffs! Winterboro Bulldogs came to the Eagle field for a double header today, but the Eagles came out with 21-1 and 10-0 victories to move forward! Congratulations guys and GO EAGLES!
