PARENT TEACHER FELLOWSHIP (PTF)

"There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit is the source of them all. There are different kinds of service, but we serve the same Lord.  God works in different ways, but it is the same God who does the work in all of us."
1 Corinthians 12:4-6

The Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)’s function is to develop a positive and welcoming environment for all parents and to assist the CCS board, administration and staff in meeting their current needs.  The PTF Executive Board humbly asks all parents to consider serving in PTF at some level.  Whether it is through prayer, attending a meeting or joining a committee, our success to better our school starts with parent volunteers.  There are many committees in which to choose.  Find one that suits you, then reach out to us and let us know how you would like to help.  It may just be on one event or you may be able to help with several.  Please let us know the ways in which you can serve.

Please use this as a portal to enhancing your knowledge on the various ways to get involved at Covenant Christian School, and to keep updated on various programs and activities throughout the school year.  We look forward to working and fellowshipping with you.  If you have a question, concern, or idea that you would like to personally bring to our attention, please feel free to contact the PTF Officers.

PTF COMMITTEES

When Parents are equipped with mindsets to facilitate learning, kids succeed. “Upon the subject of education”, Abraham Lincoln firmly stated, “I can only say that I view it as the most important subject which we as a people may be engaged in.” In fact, research suggests that adult support and participation within their child’s school may be the single most important aspect of how children succeed in school and life.

We welcome and encourage all parents, teachers, staff, alumni, grandparents, and students to consider volunteering on the various committees. Please prayerfully consider which committees you are interested in joining for the school year.

  • Faculty & Administration Committee

  • Dr. Seuss Read Across America/Book Fair Committee

  • Golden Eagles Club

  • Loyalty/Fundraising Programs Committee

  • Healthy Eagles Committee

  • High School Parent Coordinator

  • Middle School Parent Coordinator

  • Elementary Parent Coordinator

  • Fundraising Committee
